CPTLA – Judy Bull Award

 

Nominations are called for the Judy Bull Award.

 The monetary prize will be announced at the AGM on Friday 21st May. 

This annual award goes to a financial member of the CPTLA Inc. for use towards 

further study or professional development in the area of teacher-librarianship. 

The recipient will be required to share their professional experiences 

at the CPTLA Inc. conference in 2011. 

Submissions are due by Monday 3rd May 2010 and can be sent to 

enquiries@cptla.com.au or by post to our PO Box address.

The Catholic Primary Teacher Librarians' Association (CPTLA) is an association concerned with the professional development of Primary School Teacher Librarians. Our membership is comprised of Teacher Librarians from Catholic and Independent schools.  
The Catholic Primary Teacher Librarians' Association acknowledges and upholds the Christ-centered values of the Catholic Primary School and strives to promote the professionalism of Teacher Librarians.
Our Goals

                                        To value and support the Teacher Librarian's dual role as Teacher and Librarian.

                                        To provide a channel of communication for Teacher Librarians by raising 

                                            awareness of issues of significance relating to the profession including children's literature, 

                                            literacy, technologies and information skills.

                                        To raise awareness of the Assocation within the educational community through effective communication.
